Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply when you use Evermark or register a moment with us. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
What you are buying
An Evermark registration is a permanent entry in the Evermark registry, with a registration number, a digital certificate and a Moment Page. Past and Future registrations are commemorative: more than one person may register the same date or time.
Claim Now and the Certificate of Time Ownership
A Certificate of Time Ownership represents the exclusive Evermark registry claim to one exact live second. Each such second can be claimed only once in the Evermark registry. It is a symbolic, commemorative registration. It does not grant legal ownership of time itself, or any property, intellectual property or other legal right outside the Evermark registry.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Evermark never sees your full card details. A registration becomes official only after payment is confirmed.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, videos and text you add to a Moment Page. You confirm you have the right to share them, and that they are lawful and not harmful. We may remove content that breaks these terms or disable a Moment Page; the registration record itself is kept.
Availability
We work to keep Evermark and your Moment Page available permanently, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evermark’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the registration concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
