Privacy Policy

Evermark keeps only what it needs to register your moment and look after your Moment Page.

What we collect

• Your moment details: date, time, title, recipient, certificate name, location and dedication.
• Your email address, from checkout, to send your certificate and prove ownership.
• Photos, videos and stories you choose to add to your Moment Page.
• Payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.

How we use it

To create your registration, certificate and Moment Page, to let you manage it, to answer support requests and to prevent fraud. We do not sell your information.

Public and private Moment Pages

A public Moment Page can be seen by anyone with its link or QR code. A private page needs its access code. Moment Pages are not listed in search engines, and owner contact details are never shown publicly.

Who we share with

Only the services that run Evermark: Stripe for payments and our secure hosting and storage providers.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Registration records may be kept for accounting and registry integrity, with personal details removed where possible.
